Event Pre-Booking
At the moment we are unable to accommodate racers from Tier 4 areas.
We appreciate that things might seem a little weird coming back to racing after such a long break, we also know that many racers will be excited at the prospect, however we need to ensure that everyone is aware that racing can only take place under a fairly strict control process which will require all racers to follow the instructions explicitly.
We know this does not sound like fun but we will do our best to focus on the racing rather than the rules. We also know that it won’t come naturally to people and that things will go wrong, people will make mistakes, so we ask that all racers are tolerant of these mistakes and help in offering guidance and support in correcting any errors.
Prior to the Meeting
There will be no facility to book in or make payment on the day. All bookings and payments must be made in advance. Once you submit your booking request you will be taken to Paypal to complete payment of the race entry fee. No booking request will be accepted without payment.
If you are unsuccessful in securing a place at the meeting your payment will be refunded in full.
Due to the limitations on time and numbers, racers may only be able to book one class for this meeting (see booking form), if there are insufficient numbers to run a heat drivers will be notified and given the option to change class, if this is not possible then the entry fee will be refunded in full.
- Senior Racer – £10.00
- Junior Racer – £1.00
If you are allocated a pit space you will be given a Bay Number for you to pit in when your booking is confirmed, you must pit in the bay you are allocated. Family and household groups can pit in the same bay so please be sure to mention on your booking if there are other people attending you can pit with as we will allocate pit bays based on the most efficient way to utilise the space. If you request a gazebo space then you will be pitting in the pick up/drop off area behind the new pit building, we recommend that if you have sides for your gazebo that you fit them between you and your neighbour. If you ask to pit from your car please follow the directions sent to you with your booking confirmation.
Unfortunately it is not permitted for non-racers to attend this meeting unless they are the sole responsible adult for a Junior member.
Cancellations made before 20:00hrs the Friday prior to the meeting will automatically qualify for refunds, cancellations after that point will only be refunded at the discretion of the committee.
There will not be a drivers briefing on the day of the meeting, this has been replaced by a written version. Please follow this link and read the information and the appropriate drivers briefing, for the event you are planning to attend, on the Corona Virus Information page prior to booking for the event. If you have a query please contact us.
