We are lucky at Mendip RC Raceway to have areas surrounding the tracks that are suitable for camping.

Water tap available 24/7 (next to the toilets)
Please Note – there is NO electricity on site

Current camping costs (inc Paypal fees): £7.50 per night

Camping space is limited at our site so camping pitches for events can be requested using the appropriate link below. All camping must be paid for in advance via Paypal. Camping is not secured until payment is made.

Payment is taken via PayPal. Please print your receipt and bring it with you as proof of payment. Failure to provide proof of payment for camping will result in you and your party being asked to leave the site.

Pitches are first come first served in the camping area but the club reserves the right to restrict or direct the use of any area.

Those paying for camping, or using the site for camping or members of their parties have no right of access, assumed or otherwise, to the tracks, car parks or pit areas of the Mendip RC Raceway facilities other than toilet facilities granted at the clubs discretion.

Campers are expected to be offsite within 2 hours of the last final finishing

The camping areas are not managed by the club, but the club acts as a intermediary for arranging payment for camping and bookings and payment must be made via the club as is the agreement with our landlord.

Whilst on site those camping must comply with the terms and conditions of membership and the club rules. Particular attention is brought to those rules concerning the supervision of juniors and animals, and the security of the site. Children/Juniors and animals must be supervised at all times.

Failure to prepay for camping will result in you and your party being asked to leave the site.

Mendip RC Raceway is an radio controlled car racing venue controlled and operated by the Mendip Model Car Racing Club. Mendip RC Raceway and Mendip Model Motor Racing Club respects your privacy and we will only use your information in the way we describe in this notice.
