Getting Back On Track

We appreciate that things might seem a little weird coming back to racing after such a long break, we also know that many racers will be excited at the prospect, however we need to ensure that everyone is aware that racing can only take place under a fairly strict control process which will require all racers to follow the instructions explicitly.

We know this does not sound like fun but we will do our best to focus on the racing rather than the rules. We also know that it won’t come naturally to people and that things will go wrong, people will make mistakes, so we ask that all racers are tolerant of these mistakes and help in offering guidance and support in correcting any errors.

There will be no drivers briefings at our meetings for the foreseeable future so the briefing is provided below in written form.

Please be aware that, with immediate effect, all users of the track will be required to wear a face mask at all times when within the pits, track and concrete apron area. See the map below for details.

Red Area  – Masks to be worn at all times, no smoking or vaping (masks can be removed to eat and drink in your pit area only)

Orange Area – Masks must be worn when moving around but can be removed to use the smoking area or when in a vehicle, fully enclosed pit tent,   caravan or similar in their vehicle alone, or with a member of their household i.e., husband and wife (masks can be removed to eat and drink in your pit area only).

Purple Area – Designated Smoking Area

Note – Orange area  is not set  but encompasses anyone pitting outside the red area whilst a meeting is in process.

Please read all of the information provided and if you have any questions please ask.

We hope you enjoy your racing.
